All of our apartments have water
included in the rent.
Fox Hollow Apartment Complex
is located at 2330 North Jefferson, just
north of Interstate 30. Fox Hollow is
a gated community with 1BR/1Bath or
2BR/2Bath apartments. These apartments have
washer/dryer connections, dishwasher,
garbage disposal, stove & refrigerator.
They also include a small storage
closet in the breezeway for your
personal use and a small patio.
North Town Apartment Complex is located at 2736 Old Paris Road close
to the Mt Pleasant Jr. High and High school. There are 4 units that are all
2BR/1Bath.
Winfield Apartment Complex is located in Winfield on Hwy 67 west. There
are six 2BR/1Bath apartments at this location.
Heritage Apartment Complex is located at 1434 West 16th street. There
are 16 units that are all 2BR/1Bath.
Shady Oaks Apartment Complex is located at 2000 Choctaw near
PE Wallace Middle School. There are 74 1BR/1Bath and 2BR/1Bath
apartments in this complex. There is a laundromat on site.
