Redfearn Property Management currently manages single family homes, duplex
units, apartments and mobile homes as well as shopping center and commercial

At Redfearn Property Management, we're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
meet all your management needs.
We take care of the application and leasing process, handle any repairs, with your
permission, with our own people or repair people of your choice.
We can make your bank, insurance , or tax payments for you. Whatever you need,
we can handle it!
We send you a monthly statement detailing the activity on your property with an
owner disbursement check for the month. In January, you receive a year end
statement to use for income tax purposes.
We have 2 full time property managers. Laurie Redfearn, Owner, has more than
15 years experience & Brenda Williams, Office Manager, has more than 13 years
experience. Brenda is a licensed Real Estate salesman and can handle all
aspects of the rental business.
Scott Redfearn is our Broker/Owner. Scott has been a Broker since 1987 and is
here to assist you as well.
